Email Help
Ease of
communication; low cost global connectivity; any time; from
anywhere! How did we ever live without email?
Webmail allows you to manage mail from anywhere internet
access is available. Because powerful servers are talking to
other servers directly, our webmail access is faster and more
efficient than most home computers.
20
Years old; inherently insecure, pretty and simple, SMTP is
the backbone, the main engine of the worlds primary digital
communications. It has finally begun to evolve and will soon
become more discriminating. Read about SPF. Security
We
filter content in and out to bust spammers, viruses, and
illegal material. We block spam gangs' Faked IP addresses and
check all senders against the RealTime Blackhole Lists
(RBL).
We are bound to deliver accepted mail. Therefore take
care in deciding what is or is not legitimate & safe mail at
the system's 'front door'. CanadaEmails has fully deployed the
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) for both inbound and outbound mail
and will verify senders from suspicious domains before accepting
their mail for delivery.
CanadaEmails will not accept commercial business from known
spammers nor anyone or any entity either caught in the act or
found to have a previous record of unlawful involvment in UCE.
Concomittantly CanadaEmails will seek all remedies against
fraudulent practitioners. This warning of course does not apply
to most mail users but to those who seek to exploit our services
for wrongful purposes. Please read our acceptable use policy
(AUP).
We are tough on people who try to mess up your day by sending
you computer-killing viruses and vulgar junk. We combat and
strive to protect you from their activities.
Own Technology
Home
grown Canadian technology. At CanadaEmails we develop our own
technology for mail storage, management and retrieval to a high
standard and in compliance with all existing RFC's. |

2005 Canadian Spam Task Force Report: Stopping Spam
Creating a Stronger, Safer Internet. Any measure aimed at
successfully protecting the security of Internet communications
from threats such as spam, viruses and spyware must involve more
than government actions. There is consensus among stakeholders on
a number of steps that can be taken by ISPs and other network
operators (e.g. large enterprise users, universities, government
departments) to build trust in Internet communications. Read
