Does your Internet Connection Provider Block Some Ports?

Internet Service Provider Blocks Port 25Use SSMTP

If for some reason you are blocked from using TCP Port 25, this is a good reason to use SSMTP (Port 465).

In your email client open your mail "account " and go to the advanced settings. Change "Outgoing Mail Server" (SMTP) to secure connection SSL SSMTP.

Change the Port from 25 to 465.

Save the settings by clicking "OK" and backing out of the GUI windows.

You will now be able to send mail on your CanadaEmails account even though your ISP is florcing a block on port 25.
