No unencrypted data is sent across the internet.

Using WebMail to
Access your POP3 or IMAP email account.

- Select language of choice first.
- Then select domain.
|
- When you first click "Login" you will be asked which account
you would like to access. If you have a standard account, click that link. If
you have a "Family Forum" or IMAP account, click that link.
- Because you will be using a secure login, you must enable first party session
cookies. In your Internet Explorer browser go to: Tools | Internet Options | Privacy | Web Sites | Edit | type "canadaemails.com" | Allow
- Select the Language of your choice from the drop
menu. The login window will change to your language.
- Next, enter your user name. The first part of your email
address is your user name. If your email address is
user@canadaemails.com then your Username is "user".
This applies to all login requirements at this site.
- Concomittantly if your email address is
user@mobrien.com or any other featured domain then your
Username is "user".
- You must select the correct domain from the drop menu.That
is the second part of your email address. (i.e.:
user@canadaemails.com)
- Your Password is the same one used in your email
client configuration setting when you first set up your email
account.
- Press Enter and wait while the WebMail service
authenticates your information and obtains a list of incoming
emails from the mail server hosting your Mail Box.
- Once logged in, use the menu at the left of the screen just
as you would your email client on your home computer.
- Preferences (below). should be set the first time you log in
and any time thereafter if you need to make changes.
- Use Care! Clicking a resource or function before another has
completed can have undesireable and permanent effects.

- Next, enter your username.
- Enter your password.
- Press "Enter" button to login.
